This routine can be accomplished simply by a jog/run or sit-ups and push-ups or all three.  That’s really all that’s necessary.  I have worked out vigorously at the gym in the past, and that can be rewarding for toning or body building.  Just remember the saying, “Bulk up before you cut up.”  In other words, a toning-focused workout routine is essentially a waste of time on someone who has only 5% body fat.

Virtually all of my clients come to me with an incredible amount of shut down energy and stress.  My classes teach how to unlock it so that strength can be built.

Strengthening the Body can drive forward not just the body, but also the mind, for the happiest life possible.

We all have potential for Strengthening the Body without it being a burden.

Healing the Body unlocks energy, which is essential not just for the obvious but required in preventing and recovering from injuries.  Long life comes from Healing the Body.

Without Freeing the Mind, there is no sanity.  We must become more than our careers.  Being well-rounded is essential to happiness.  Creativity helps us to let stress go.  It unlocks energy by bringing deep peace of mind.
