Yin or Restorative Yoga

Potential Positive Effects:

  • Increased muscle tone and definition
  • Weight loss
  • A lot more energy
  • Bolstered cardiovascular and physical strength
  • Injury recovery from conditions including bulging discs and weakened or previously injured joints, ligaments and tendons
  • A sprain ankle is one example.  Braces or running limitations could be overcome
  • It’s possible to overcome Kyphosis or Pronated Shoulders, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Sciatica and ITB Syndrome

There are 15 poses and self-massage techniques taught through my series of classes; there are multiple, different variants for each pose depending on skill level.  Integrated practice guides are provided for Yoga that streamline the routine and make a 30-minute session very functional.  Each technique is listed and categorized, making practice very easy to follow.
